First, the customer service was wonderful. I made a mistake with the address and the manager delt with it easily. As for the hair; I often braid my own hair and love using hair that elevates my everyday look and makes me appear natural. I paired the hair with beeswax, edge control for the edges, and some hair mouse to finish the style. The only downside; which is expected; is when braiding it can tangle at the ends when splitting one strand in two. However as a solution I have scissors handy to help with manageability. I didn't have any wasted tangled pieces only little fairy knots here and there. I received ALOT of compliments and wearing a bonnet at night helped to keep the style looking fresh and gorgeous.
